My really big birthday.. it came and passed without incident.. my mom, Jessica, Jackson and I got up at 0400 and headed to the black Friday shopping in Richfield.. it was fun... we got some good deals.. TVs, games etc.. it was fun to spend time with them..we shopped at Walmart and Kmart then went to breakfast at Mcdonalds...it was really fun... After that we headed home and Jackson & I took a nap. Then I got our bags packed.. Jackson was heading to my parents and Richard & I was heading to MESQUITE!!!! Jackson had a blast with my parents.. they took him to the light parade in Manti... he enjoyed every minute of staying with them.. he loves their house and loves them.
Richard and I had a blast in Mesquite.. we had a nice room at the Oasis across the street from the casino.. it was a blast.. we spent several hours playing penny slots...hehehehe.. we actually won about $70 and then went and spent it on clothes....but it was fun.... then Saturday 11/29 we went and saw "Four Christmases" it was so funny...a total must see for the holiday season..
Then Sunday we headed home and took our time.. it was so nice to get away and so warm.. I did not pack shorts or capris and I so should have but it was so nice... we ate good and really enjoyed our little preholiday getaway.. it really put it into perspective what I am so thankful for and all the simple things in life..

I can't belive you came here to mesquite and never stoped in to say high..... ;:-)the weather was perfect on saturday i know becouse i was playing paintball..(my dad was here also from centerfield) . i see you stayed at oasis wich you are so lucky becouse 2 days later they closed it there is no longer any gameing as of last monday you must have been one of the last people to stay there... it is so sad there is over 500 people layed off quite a blow to such a small town... next time your in town stop in to the walmart optical and say hi.... well have to go see ya later ... shaun...
oh im sorry that i wasen't there.... but thanks for stopping in ... any way i hope that you had a great time... and if you would ever like to get away your more then welcome to come down ... and if between now and then every things gose out of buisness your more then welcome to stay at our house if you would like ... (we have an extra room)... and as for the oasis going out of buisness.. i guess that is what the guy gets for owning all of the cosinos in town... ya he own 3 of the 4 main casinos GREEDY GREEDY they were all compeating against each other...
